Kadigans are actually a kind of generalizing word for something, like doohickyy, Joe Blow or  whatsit. I've turned Kadigan into its own country, with a map of places (Podunk, Back of Beyond, and Shit Creek), time (Beer o'clock, crack of dawn, and  late-thirty) and most importantly, things (varmints, contraptions, McGuffins).  The Kadigan Gallery has been laid out as if it were a 19th century catalog, illustrated with strange and mysterious doodads, whatchamajiggers, and tchotchkes. The book invites you to see how many you can put a real name to.

The book is quarter-bound in two greenish-gold papers, one patterned with lizard and the other with cloth.
